Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls: Professionally handle high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and provide accurate solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Build Rapport: Establish strong relationships with customers by demonstrating active listening and empathy.
- Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and refunds as required by company policy.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow all company guidelines, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate supervisor or department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Previous Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
