- Collaborate with the team to identify solutions and improve service processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including call center equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ wpm.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
