Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications
