Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and efficiency, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM systems.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service protocols and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
