Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and provide accurate solutions to ensure high retention rates.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and transactions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Feedback Loop: Identify and report common customer issues to management to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
