Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on product features and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process Orders: Accurately process returns, exchanges, and new orders as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to escalate complex issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and de-escalate tense situations calmly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
