Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently using established scripts and protocols.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications
