Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training for product knowledge
- Support cross-functional initiatives during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months call center/customer service experience
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingual skills (written/spoken)
- Proficient with Windows OS and CRM software
