Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call volume, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience or transferable skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (shift differential available)
