Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using CRM software and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Meet or exceed daily performance metrics including call quality and resolution time
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic typing skills (30+ WPM)
