Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems
- Exceed satisfaction targets with 95%+ CSAT scores
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish fluency a major plus
- Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
