Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% resolution rate
- Document interactions in Salesforce CRM while maintaining precise case notes
- Resolve billing disputes and technical issues using tiered escalation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including CSAT scores and handle time targets
- Identify upsell opportunities during service interactions
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
