Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle time
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
