Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently using CRM tools and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain deep product knowledge across multiple service lines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a B2C environment
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent proficiency
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
