Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account updates using Salesforce
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (handle time, quality scores)
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish speakers strongly encouraged
