Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and product questions on first contact
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if field visits required)
