Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services within SLA
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team to improve service processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
