Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, account issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to call scripts and quality standards.
- Resolve complaints and de-escalate difficult situations with patience and empathy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
