Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails professionally, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions and alternative options when necessary.
- Account Management: Accurately update customer records and database information within our CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a patient and friendly demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
