Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose customer issues accurately and provide efficient, empathetic solutions or escalate to senior support when necessary.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates with 100% accuracy and data integrity.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure, adhering to strict call metrics and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and account history in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on active listening.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong typing speed (45+ WPM) and computer navigation skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
