Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide effective solutions or escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and account changes into the CRM system.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and provide detailed information to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a unified approach to client management.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: 1 year of professional customer service experience is preferred, but we are open to training enthusiastic immediate hires.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new software platforms.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; bilingual candidates are a plus.
