Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for immediate hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and courtesy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
