Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve complex issues and customer complaints by listening actively and offering effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, technical support, and billing to ensure comprehensive service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and service protocols.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company policies, products, and services to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
