Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve complex customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Enter and update customer data into CRM systems accurately.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance KPI targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
- Previous call center or customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
