- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, update customer records, and maintain data integrity.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide informed assistance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed KPI targets regarding call handle time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Location: Must be located in Tucson, AZ (or willing to commute).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
