Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer accounts and service records accurately within our CRM system.
- Troubleshoot product and service issues to provide immediate and effective solutions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Contribute to team goals by maintaining high-quality service standards and KPIs.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
