Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution rates, customer satisfaction)
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Document interactions accurately in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
