- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately within our CRM system.
- Provide detailed product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including some weekends or holidays.
