Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues through multi-channel support
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service improvements
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, first-call resolution, and adherence schedules
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or BPO environment
- Proven ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic troubleshooting
