Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to refine product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or BPO environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
