Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call volume, resolution time, and quality scores
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication skills with clear, professional verbal/written abilities
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Flexibility to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) and weekends as needed
