Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.

- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work night shifts (varied schedules available).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
