Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately enter customer data and update account information into our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (night shift experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
