Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, account questions, and basic troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and resolve complex cases.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience required—training is provided!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
