Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
