Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and inquiries
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in our database
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems
- Meet daily performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Basic computer proficiency
- Positive attitude and patience
- Reliable transportation to our downtown location
