Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to management.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers when opportunities arise.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary – we provide full training!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
