Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and performance metrics set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
