Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently using established scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required due to our paid training.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
