Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, lasting solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and in strict adherence to company protocols.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Stay current on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
