Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes and outcomes.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Assist with data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
