Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve escalated complaints and issues efficiently to ensure customer retention.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve processes and service quality standards.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets regarding call handling and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for our training program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and navigate computer software quickly.
- Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
