Responsibilities
- Answer and process incoming customer calls and inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.
- Listen actively to customer needs and provide accurate, efficient solutions to resolve issues.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical and policy-related questions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ wpm).
