Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service standards.
- Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting steps.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required for our hiring event.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
