- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions, update records, and track issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams promptly.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and recommend relevant solutions.
- Contribute to team goals by maintaining high first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is highly desirable.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and available to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends.
