- Document cases accurately in Salesforce while maintaining PCI compliance standards
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for technical escalations
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 25+ cases/day, 90% first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium features
- Participate in weekly training sessions on product updates
- Maintain 99.5% system uptime during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B/B2C customer service experience in tech industry
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with empathy-driven approach
- Typing speed: 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
