Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Communications: Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and patience.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns to provide effective solutions and prevent future escalations.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Product & Service Education: Educate customers on new features and updates, ensuring they maximize the value of our services.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve our products and services.
- Adherence to SLAs: Meet strict service level agreements regarding response times and call handling duration.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Location: Must reside in the USA (Candidates in Austin, TX or New York area are highly preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
