Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the root cause, and selecting the best solution to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account status changes, and troubleshooting steps in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team and sales department to escalate complex issues and ensure comprehensive resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services by recognizing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask effectively while working in a remote environment.
