Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels
- Resolve product inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM while maintaining precise records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications
