Responsibilities

- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide product information and assist customers with navigating our digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
